Service here used to be amazing. Lately, it has gone downhill in a big way. Takes way too long for the kitchen to send out food, and certain servers need to be retrained on timely attention.

i personally think eastside marios is a great place to eat,as a matter of fact,one of my favorites. how can someone leave the restaurant hungry! i often can't finish my pasta and i feel overstuffed. i've eaten there lots of times. that and boston pizza are winners with me.

I used to like East-Side Mario's quite a bit, but these past two years they have steadily become one of my least favourite restaurants in Mississauga. This particular location is fairly nice, with an okay service, and nice decor and atmosphere. The problem I have with is the food.
