This location is really "Hit and Miss
June 28, 2014We've been to many Earls and this one is our least favorite location because it is so inconsistent. We came to a Birthday party here last weekend. Got a waiter-in-training that couldn't remember anything and was obviously overwhelmed (why don't they let them write things down?!). Ate here twice during my stay.
First time around 4pm, great waitress, quick service, good food.
Second time around 630pm, our waitress was almost nonexistent, we had to flag down others for drink refills multiple times. We both ordered steak, which was cooked right, but absolutely smothered in pepper to the point we couldn't even eat it without coughing. The...
