November 22, 2009Had them out to redo my basement carpet. Gentleman came out on his night off for a free written quote, ordered quickly to meet my deadline, installed faster than expected, very courteous customer service. Had a followup to the install call and a thank you for your business letter with a coupon within a week. Very satisfied. A+
