Awful flooring and lazy service
September 23, 2011C@!%!y customer service from their hardwood department...took 7 months to get someone in to fix the flooring they put down 2 years ago. Would not recommend.

Hardware and carpet flooring
March 25, 2011The quality of the product was excellent yet the company failed to deliver in the installation. The hardwood floor cracked due to bad installation, 40 boards had to be replaced. There were too many crews, and one of the crews were very uncooperative and unhelpful. I will not go with this company again
