Horrible

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Neal condemned my furnace last year in the middle of winter forcing me to buy one from him. Furnace broke this year called Neal about warranty he said its not covered over the phone without seeing it. He never returned my call about coming out to fix it called him back twice still hasn't called. I've given up on Neal and this shady company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
