Don't believe the Consumers' Choice Awards
An installation that was supposed to occur within 12-16 wks of deposit took 8 MONTHS. Installation was rescheduled 4-5 times, work was started then discontinued without explanation, the wrong glass was installed, panes they broke were left in place for nearly a week in -30 degree temperatures, etc. After all that we had to argue for compensation and go to other organizations to get a compensation offer above 8%.
