not going again!
I took 2 of my dogs there, the lady that owns the place was short on the phone, but was just plain rude in person. I should have know then to grab my dogs and run but i thought I would give her a try. When i finally got the dogs - one was barking to leave which was odd as he always loved the groomers. When we got home I realized that the haircut was the WORST they have ever gotten. They were shaved, and its was all uneven, no finishing cuts were done - and now that the hair is growing back in - they look AWFUL!!!! There is a place on Guelph Line just south of HWY 5 - Pets and groom I think it is called - they are fantastic - am going there again !!!! I wouldnt even give Janice at Dundurn Grooming 1 star for the work she does (but this page wants at least 1 - can I make it a negative amount instead??) ....... I tell everyone to avoid her too when I see people at the parks here in town with dogs.

After taking our dog in for grooming, we picked her up after a couple of hours and when she put the dog down, she was limping badly on her back leg. When I asked what happened, she said I don't know she was fussy about her back leg but I don't know what happened. We took her in to the Vet's office ASAP, they had to put her under, she now has a splint and a cast and is going to require additional surgery to fuse her bones together. We are looking at costs over $3000. She can't be left alone so I am staying home with her she is very traumatized and this groomer doesn't even want to admit to doing anything wrong. She could have at least been honest and told us that she might have pulled her leg too hard or that she fell off the table but she didn't. I don't even know why this place is even open.
