August 22, 2010We purchased a new door entry system from Dundas Doors based on your rating and looking for more personal service from a smaller company. We were extremely disappointed in the installation. Only 1 installer showed up and we feel he had difficulty adjusting the door system so the threshold is now very high and the door frame sticks out from the inner wall.
