Solid 3 1/2 Stars that some days gets as high as 4. Some good deals on gear, but I mostly use them for their online prints which are fast and almost always great. I can't say enough about their online prints, upload them at night and they're ready before noon the next day usually. And the prices are reasonable. Staff is pretty good and very friendly.

My experience from about a couple months ago.
Needed a spare battery for my camera for an upcoming trip. Nobody else including Olympus had any in stock at the time.
I call up Duncan and Wright. Indeed they had the battery. The guy on the phone was quite egotistical that "of course we have the battery, we're your local camera shop"
Well the reason they had it in stock is they're price is $20...
