Retained to construct a veneer chimney for an 1885 house restoration in New West. Although things started well, it soon became evident that these people do not like to take direction from homeowners and blame their deficiencies on anyone but themselves. Chimney leaked from lack of proper sealing/precautions and when they finally sealed the chimney the leaks stopped. However, they sprayed the sealer all over a brand new roof and refused to cover the cost to repair - and even had the nerve to accuse me of causing the damage. Owner Rob is abrasive, condescending, arrogant and rude. Have spoken to other customers who have had simialr experiences - so beware!
