The person answering the phones was very friendly and professional, and explained their money back satisfaction guarantee and their warranties which are the best I've come across. April 07, 2011After calling around to a few different places, I went with DS Plumbing, and boy am I glad I did. The plumber arrived on time, explained what the problem was and told me the options I had (and more importantly the price associated with each option) then asked me to decide how I wanted to proceed. Very happy overall. Will definitely be using them again.
