Amazing Customer Service
Absolutely, amazing customer service!!! As soon as I walked in they made me feel so comfortable. They were so patient, kind and very helptul through the entire process! I ordered my dress, bought my veil, crown, undergarments, shoes, and accessories all from this one store, they even did alterations! Your one stop bridal shop. The manager said "its our goal to be apart of your special day and make the process easy, sweet and memorable" And thats exactly what they did! Bought my bridesmaids, mom and even grandmoms dresses all there!
Thanks Dress People, you truly were a part of my special day!
Great Dresses at Great Prices, This place made my Wife very happy!!
Well I'll be honest, my wife is a very picky shopper when it comes to dresses. Everything has to be perfect, and I must say I haven't seen her that happy to visit a dress store in my life!!! She was looking for a new dress to go to a function we had to go to and we looked everywhere!! From Square One to Eaton Center. She had no luck at all, other places had good dresses as well, but they were very pricey.
We decided to do some research and came upon the Dress People who are located at the corner of Queen and Main in Brampton, and decided to give it a try.
We were welcomed with big smiles and very caring people who took thier time to help my wife find the dress that suited her. They even had accessories to along with the dress as well. Finally she had found the dress that she was looking for and even better, and a great price!!!!!!
It made my day, because she was so happy. I really recommend this store to any women who is looking for great dresses at great prices. The staff was very friendly and even made me feel welcomed!!

Terrible! Lost a wedding gown!
BUYER BEWARE! These people LOST my sister's wedding gown! They called her to come in and pay off the rest of her gown after she made a deposit, after she paid them, she asked to see the dress and it was the wrong one! She got the run around for a few days from the store manager who basically brushed her off until the sales associate who helped (she was a total doll, only good thing about the place!) stepped in and told her exactly which dress she sold my sister, at which point the manager looked panicked, started talking in circles, and promised to get back to us. She never called, so my sister followed up to be told that it had been "accidentally" sold to someone else and there was no way to re-order it. When my sister tried to get her money back, again, she got the run around from the manager who was always away or busy for TWO WEEKS until finally gave her a refund. DO NOT SHOP THERE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Glad i came to dress people
June 10, 2011so I was looking for a prom dress and I came to Dress people in Brampton and wow they had such a great selection of unique dresses. Horrible customer service
May 18, 20112 daughters run the store and have no customer service skills at all. They have 2 well educated sales people that can bring in the crowd; But when you have to deal with the daughters GOD HAVE MERCY. They are not easy to work with. Please don't ever ask for a colour swatch/ or a group discount, 'cause you will get the biggest attitude and be told that you are very rude and demanding.
