March 25, 2013I am always satisfied with the work you do on my teeth and with the service in general. The only thing that I found less than excellent was that you were running late, which I understand can happen, and I don't have a problem with it, but no one acknowledged it and said "sorry, you've had to wait" or something along those lines.
