I have been going to Dove Spa for two years and look forward to coming. I have a facial once a month and give my daughter gift cards so she can have treatments, She feels the same as I do that it is a very friendly place. The girl who does my facial is fantastic and the reception always asks me how my facial was. They don't even have to ask me my name they greet me when I come in

I have been to many spas within various price points. This was the most disappointing spa experience ever. I arrived to a minimally enthusiastic reception. Then I was led to changeroom with another new client and we were told that one of us could change in the bathroom (with no lock) and the other could change in the tiny dressing room.
