Dissatisfied

I went to this salon based on their reputation as an 8 time winner of best hair salon in Surrey. I went during mid week and the place was near empty. I was not happy with the colour that I received. I phoned a few days later to enquire if they could adjust it at no cost, as many other salons will quite willingly do this if it was a recent service. I asked the receptionist, twice, if there would be any cost to me and she assured me that were would no cost. After having my colour adjusted, I was surprised and annoyed to be charged for the shampoo and condition AND for the service of shampooing my hair. This salon's prices are $10 -15 dollars higher for the same service than most of its competitors. I was not impressed. Jacked up prices and they nickle and dime you.
