Horrible Service and aggressive Demeanor
Horrible, horrible, horrible! over 2 days they could not cut an extremely well behaved dog (I know everyone says they have a fantastic dog but seriously he loves everyone especially my vet) . The women is aggressive, rude and has no idea how to treat an animal or a customer. My dog is 1/2 cut and they wanted me to pay $65 luckily after arguing for a while I got 1/2 my money back ($40 it was suppose to cost $80) I could hear the women yelling at my dog in the back. No wonder my dog did not want to go near her. I dont understand why they could not finish cutting him. I personally believe they are in it for money and do not care about animals one bit. You can't see in the back where they cut them. I do not trust these people! (oh ya, if you choose to go do not make the mistake of paying early- 2nd mistake on my part, the 1st was going there)

Terrible place to go. Couple run business with low business ethic. Rarely ever open when they say they are going to be and very sporadic hours. Husband is the only decent groomer because he is the only one with any formal training.
