I visited this pub with a few friends just about a week ago and we had a great time! Service was friendly and fairly quick even though the place was completely packed. We enjoyed some great live music over appies and drinks. We'll be back again for more Irish pub fun!

At this rich dark room with its wooden tables, stained glass, and Celtic drinking songs getting lucky means finding a barstool—this watering hole overflows like a badly poured Guinness. The menu is standard pub grub: kilt-clad waitresses serve bison-beef burgers ($11) and traditional Irish stew ($10) to a diverse crowd.

This is one of those "mock" Irish bars that thinks by serving Guinness and having oak panelling, they're recreated Dublin. The taps are pretty mediocre, Guinness aside, with a lot of Canadian mega-brewery swill. The food is ghastly, and apparently the kitchen doesn't know how to make anything that isn't coated in grease. We are a wonderful traditional Irish pub located in the heart of the Entertainment district on the corner of Granville and Nelson.

This Irish pub has all the fixings to make you feel as if you've transported yourself back across the Atlantic. Along with the classic pub facade, the all-wooden bar, and the dark lighting, this pub has also combined some American feel to it with regular football and baseball matches being shown as well as serving a wide variety of American cuisine that you'd only expect from a place like this.... more
Lots of polished wood and Victorian style impart character to this traditional Irish pub. The large place also gets punctuations of stained glass, a fireplace and private booths. Sixteen beers are on tap, including Guinness and Kilkenny. Bottled options and liquor are also available, along with a menu of pub fare that'll have you doing a little jig yourself.
