Not happy with your answer.

When I bought my vehicle a year ago my dealer sent me to Don's Tires to get a replacement set because the ones that came with the vehicle where howling. I went to Don's Tires to tell them I had a "square tire" issue a year later after seeing a mechanic who told me that the only way to fix the problem is to have them replaced. They told me nothing is wrong with my tires and that it is normal for tires to get hard as they sit over night in cooler weather. It was 3 degrees the night before I took my vehicle in. I have NEVER had this problem with any other tire on any other vehicle of mine. Only one tires is causing the problem. So if it is so normal then why didn't it do it when I first got them? I feel that the compound on the affected tire is worn and it should not be as I have only traveled 10,000 km in the last year. Perhaps it is a bad tire? Oh and to top it off....the service man told me that ALL TIRES DO THIS. It is to be expected. Is that a lie? Perhaps so? You tell me?
