Not recommended

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment, only to find out that they had removed accessories that were a part of the vehicle and told us they were not. They offered to sell us these parts the night we picked up the vehicle after we mentioned that they were missing, A little research and alot of being passed on from person to person,proved that they did remove the parts before we arrived to pick it up.
Among other things, we were promised a extra cash if we were to finish the deal before month only to later be told "sorry, you got a good deal on the purchase anyway". Trying to deal with this problem after the fact was quite exhausting and talking to the sales people made the stereotype of the dealership true, after you made the buy, you are treated like c@!p....which couldn't be further from the truth. I am still trying to make contact with higher up officials to see what would be done about the problem, but no one seems to care.
I can only think that since this was done to myself, how many other people are they ripping off and how many before me had this happened to.
The people I dealt with were Micheal Sinclair(sales manager) and Dale Salisbury(sales staff).
Thank you Donnelly`s for such a terrible experience, you people should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
