Bad experience
I went to the salon in Mississauga. It was really a bad experience. I thought that they are professional designers who will design the hari style for you. As a result, I only have my hair cut short, curl like having an explosion and no style at all. I wrote e-mail to them to complain. No reply. No one even bother to give you a call to find out what's happening. All that the stylist explain to you about the curl is loose last for 2 months and curl lasts for 3 months. I did not know what does loose mean!! No one gave you tissue paper to wipe out the water and perm chemical. Even worse that the normal hair salaon in the city.

Oh how i love you so! So I started going to Donato for waxing services and my gal is the best in the biz. Her name is Stana. She is just so warm and has always made me feel comfortable. I rave about her to my friends cause she talks to you and you kinda forget what your there for lol. She is very thorough and you can tell (and she has said) she takes pride in what she does and she does it well.... more

Being in the mall, this place gets an astronomical amount of traffic!That being said, make sure you call ahead and book an appointment. My fav stylist is no longer at this location, which sucked for me. I was passed on to another senior stylist 2. For a hair cut with them is 75.00I happen to have long hair, so experience is necessary. I'm also a control freak so I'm quite picky with how I want... more
