DH is charming with an atmosphere not found anywhere else in the city! The crowd is diverse - students, middle agers, and oldies (but goodies) - but it works!
Lots of beers, trivia, food and everything that makes this the authentic English pub experience. Not to mention: good prices and friendly staff!
I have not been into the old DH in years but their new menu is exceptional. We had the calamari as a starter and it was tender and well seasoned with a perfectly crispy batter. My wife loved her shrimp po boy and they have really elevated the buffalo chicken sandwich beyond the usual dry chicken finger in wing sauce. I very highly recommend everyone try it.
