Didn't Realize This Place Was Still In Business

Wasn't impressed. Took my dog a few years ago and the owner and an employee lectured me on my dog having knots in her fur - that is why I took her to get groomed! Why am I paying them? She gets knots after one swim in the river - I explained this, and the owner actually told me to not let her in water then! Obviously not a person who enjoys dogs and being with them. I asked where I was supposed to walk a large dog who enjoyed walks along the river, and her response? "The street". Also, it's in a very unsafe part of town. Definitely wouldn't recommend it at all. They didn't want to put in any effort for the fee they charged, and weren't obviously people who enjoyed animals.
