Not very responsible or helpful

This company represented the seller of a house I bought. It is seven months later and they still have not cleared his mortgage off the title to my house. Apparently the did pay the mortgage out, but haven't got around to clearing the title, which is their responsibility. I would think carefully before hiring these lawyers.
