really disappointed, won't be back.
Purchased a full sofabed and had it covered with a fabric they offered. although i measured the room, it is difficult to visualize.
when it arrived, it totally dwarfed the room and looked terrible.
i called to request an exchange for a twin (not a refund), and was told we were stuck with it.
being on disability and recently diagnosed with terminal cancer, was hoping to create a pleasant room to support me during treatment.
no compassion there.
Great quality and service
We have bought our bedroom, dining and living room furniture from Dodd's. They have always treated us very well. We will definitely shop there again.
Great overall
I just picked up a dining set and recliner from dodd's. The salespeople right through to the delivery and setup was a great experience. It is particularly pleasing to buy from Dodd's as they do so much for the community.
