Atrocious service -- jaw droppingly bad
January 27, 2011We bought a 2005 Impreza that from the go had problems. The front rotors were obviously warped, and were supposed to be fixed as a condition of the sale. They weren't and we actually needed another mechanic to work on them as Don Docksteader claimed they were fixed when they weren't (even after a second visit). At 59,000 kms (but just over 5 year warranty) we suspected a leaky head gasket... more
