terrible management

bed bugs, cockroaches, a/c not work, pipes leaking in storage, no concideration for there tenants, three and a half months to change boiler, noisy as hell for the past year, Kevin Kennedy the manager does not handle things appropriately, painting without wet paint signs so you ruin your closes, no water 1-2 days a week for way too long
