I recently had some minor damage repaired by Distinctive. All aspects of my experience with them were very positive.

They stuck to their quote
They were responsive and informative when asking them questions
They stuck to their schedule
The quality of the work was excellent

They did everything that I expected

I wish there was a way to give Distinctive a 'zero' score but unfortunately 1 Star is as low as I can go. Suffice to say that 1 Star is waaay too generous. In a sense I suppose I'm just as grumpy that Hyatt Mercedes recommended this shop for some body work I needed after a fender bender but since this review is for Distinctive I'll refrain from slamming Hyatt here.
