Terrible Pizza and Rubber Calamari

We ordered a large Vegetarian Pizza and Calamari over the phone to pick up. The lady said it would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived at the restaurant in 20 mins and had to wait an additional 25 mins for the food to be ready. This was on a slow Wednesday evening with only 3 other customers in the restaurant! The service was good, but for a place that advertises it's ribs - the ribs were woeful and the BBQ chicken was worse. The baked ravioli was quite good though. We may go back for pasta, but for what they were charging for what you would probably classify as signature fishers, the quality is nowhere close to what it needs to be.

We have eaten here 3 times now, and have enjoyed the food, one thing that has been consistant is the service is quite absent. We ate there this evening around 11pm for a late dinner.
