Love this place. Authentic soups, noodles, dumplings, stews and other dishes in Shanghai style. Chef can be seen preparing the noodles and wrappers. Definately try the soup-filled dumplings, they come piping hot from the steamer. It's high on the carb and fat index but so worth the calories if dumplings, noodles & soup are your weakness.
Tip: poke a hole in the dumpling first or you may get burned
I'm returning to this place for the second time in a row during my stay here in Canada. This place definitely deserves five stars because of its great customer service and the foods are awesome too. My family went to Ding Tai Fung on a weekday at 8PM - it was still soooo packed! Where do all of these people come from? We waited for about 30 minutes for a table for 3.
