Authentic north chinese food - Must try soup filled dumplings

Love this place. Authentic soups, noodles, dumplings, stews and other dishes in Shanghai style. Chef can be seen preparing the noodles and wrappers. Definately try the soup-filled dumplings, they come piping hot from the steamer. It's high on the carb and fat index but so worth the calories if dumplings, noodles & soup are your weakness.
Tip: poke a hole in the dumpling first or you may get burned

Best Shanghainese food in the area. Their dumplings are excellent and you can see the chefs make them. Juicy with tons of flavour with a savoury outer wrap.

Quite busy on weekends so make a reservation before going.

The spicy wonton soup has a great combination of spices and a generous portion of bite size wontons.

Outstanding things to try are their Xiao Long Bao - definitely top-notch with a thin skin and full of juice; these have consistently been amazing
many of their desserts are also very worth trying, since you won't find them often in other Shanghai restaurants!
