i finally find a good nail place where i can get the quality i expect. i've been trying so many places in town, this is the place i love most. great people, great services, reasonable price.
Well after many times leaving this nail spa shaking my head I have finally made the decission to just write a review for what ever it is worth.
In Allan's (owner) own words "I don't give a care, all I have to be is one step better then the rest and I don't have to care what any client wants or thinks".
He is refering to the fact that he does nails the way he wants and when he wants and will NOT fix what he wants. This time he air brushed my nails wrong and I corrected him. He carried on and would NOT fix it. I told him that would bug me having a black smuge on the white all week and he said "I don't care, it's not worth the five bucks it costs me to fix it". This isn't the first time he has made mistakes and refused to fix it. Once he left a crack right across the nail and continued to spray over it as if it wasn't there, muttering he didn't care. I have no idea why I have continued to return other then I use to like his wife Tia. But as I can see even she has this "no care' attitude now too. So I gather that customer satisfaction is not high on his list nor him fixing his own mistakes. I think these two owners should consider taking up a new profession, one that they enjoy and treat customers with respect.
PS: I told Allan that I was writing a review and he said, "I don't care". lol
Allan, I tip well and I have always tipped even when you have had your "moods" but you won't see me again!
