Worst customer service in Toronto?! I think that's a bit overstated. They're there to sell you art supplies not cater to your every whim. Your child needing to pee is your problem not theirs. Someone like you has no business asking for kindness from strangers.

ahhh, boo hoo, the store couldn't drop everything (10 minutes before closing) and accommodate your child's imploration to pee pee.

After reading this review, I will boycott this store. What were they thinking. Clearly the management of this store needs to readdress their customer service. Many of the contents of this store are targeted to children yet they obviously don't understand their clientelle.
