If you need a service use another one

Called for electronic panel replacement for Whirlpool Dishwasher a month ago. Waited for a week for the service, paid more than $ 360. Dishwasher stopped working in 3 days due to the poorly connected wires. Waited another 4 days for them to repair their own mess. The panel broke again after 1 month of work. From the dispatch I found out that they usually were putting old repaired panels while doing their repairs. Even those were not available right away and now I have to wait for 2 more weeks.

They are official Whirlpool service in Victoria. Never call Derek’s for repairs and never buy Whirlpool. These services are equally bad.
