I've been coming to Denninger's for years now. I love their sausages and their schnitzel. Prices are very reasonable.

However, I tried the coleslaw for the first time this month and it was awful. So sour. I ended up taking it home and mixing in more veg and it was still barely edible.

Still would recommend it overall, worthy of their legendary status in the Hamilton area.

Denninger a ways overpriced and unfriendly. if you loved to shop with European stuff, Denninger was the first place to shop and they knew that what you see in there prices. but now there are some other stores with a better section and way cheaper. in hamilton its Starsky and Nation store but also all major supermarket have a lot of European stuff way cheaper.

Not exactly wowed about this place but their hot counter for breakfast was nice. There's tons of European foods and products. It's a bit far from Jackson Square in Hamilton. There's a spacious place to sit if you order food. Wouldn't come for lunch or dinner, just for a quick breakfast. Cheap for a egg and bacon sandwich, about $6 each. Pro tip: I honestly think the Denniger's in Jackson Square... more
