No refund for black bugs on pillows and bed sheets
September 20, 2010**Do not stay at The Deluxe Inn at 1554 The Queensway. Black bugs were found on the white pillows and white sheets of the room that I stayed in. (the night manager) was informed of this and he told me that he did not have the authority to provide me with a refund. The white sheets and pillows were brought to his lobby from my room and he saw a few of the bugs crawling on the floor. He told me... more

The Deluxe Motel is a 48-room motel in Etobicoke, a suburb just west of Metro Toronto. Rooms are furnished with the basics: a queen-sized bed, satellite TV and phone. There is no restaurant on the premises, but several are within walking distance. If you want to head downtown to sightsee, the motel is close to the highway.
