Helpful staff, tons of restaurants including a 24hr grill, Tim's, Cora's, etc within walking distance. Despite being on a busy street, my room was very quiet.

1)Was three doors down from the event we were attending
2)Price was good.

1)burn holes in bedding
2)Non-smoking room smelt like smoke
3)I didn't sleep at all...heard too many noises from the rooms around us.
Next time I will just drive the three hours home after the event
