DeltaWare Among Canada's Top 100 Best Employers

DeltaWare Systems Inc (DeltaWare) has been recognized among Canada’s Best Employers in the recent Maclean’s magazine Top 100 Employers in Canada.

The Top 100 Employers is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. Employers are evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers using eight criteria including: Physical Workplace; Work Atmosphere and Social; Health, Financial and Family Benefits; Vacation and Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance Management; Training and Skills Development; and Community Involvement. Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.

DeltaWare is a Canadian-based Information Technology company located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Founded in 1992, DeltaWare began operating as a general IT consulting practice. However, in the last ten years, the company has pursued a more focused course along two main lines of business, eHealth and E-Business. DeltaWare’s expertise ranges from eHealth innovation and product development, to consulting and integration services, including project management, business process re-engineering, technical services, and training.

DeltaWare is the only Island business recognized for this award in 2009, and only one of four businesses in Atlantic Canada. This is the second time DeltaWare has been in the Top 100 ranking since the prestigious Top 100 Employers commenced in 2000.
