“don't like being charged for something I didn't have

I did like the hotel it was clean, beds were great, heated bathroom floor was great, however, I did not have a rental car and was charged $15.00 a day for parking, I never rented a car!! I sent a complaint directly to the hotel for these charges it is not right, we went everywhere by taxi, other than that it was a nice hotel. I won't go back if I do not get a credit. We were there for 5 nights... more

Easy check in, a nice room, a great bed, a heated bathroom tile floor, and a very nice pool and fitness facility. Guest services was great with information even about buying a long distance phone card for calling the States which was just dimes for long distance compared to dollars. Would definitely go back to stay there.

This hotel was wonderful, very friendly staff. The pool's and work out areas are amazing and would go back just for that. But the rooms was super comfortable as well.
