The "OPR," located across the Johnson Street Bridge on the Inner Harbour's north shore, is a big, bright, modern hotel with commanding views of downtown, the Legislature, the Fairmont Empress, and the busy harbor itself. My family truly found the service excellent, the rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable, in fact downright luxurious and the restaurant first class. We liked the location of the hotel - just a few minutes walk into downtown and also the fact that we could go on a lovely walk along the waterfront first thing in the morning. All in all a huge success!

I have stayed at the Delta many times, but this is one of the best room available. Great view of the inner Harbour and a Lanai "patio" that is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was great--had a "cough" and was able to purchase a roll of "Halls" from the front staff. Favorite spot to stay at on the Island.
