“Exhorbitant parking fees

The hotel staff and amenities were outstanding, however, available parking was a turn off. The valet parking was cheaper than regular parking. Without mentioning price I kind of expected a deed to the premises after paying for the parking.

“Great Hotel near the water in Vancouver

Room was very clean, staff was extremely friendly. I left my sunglasses in the room when we checked out and didnt realize until I got home. We called the hotel and they mailed them to me along with my phone charger that I left. This hotel would be my first choice if I stayed in Vancouver again.

Rates: CAD 130 - 310 — All 226 suites offer a separate bedroom and parlour area with a movable work station, ergonomic chair, 2 phones with 2 lines (one modem line and one phone line), speakerphone, coffee machine, in-room voice mail, movies on command, Nintendo, 24 hour room service and concierge. The recreation centre offers an indoor pool, fitness centre, saunas and whirlpool. The Business Centre has work stations, computers, secretarial service, copier, fax and courier. Five meeting rooms able to accommodate groups of 8-120.
