we went when the hockey kids were there..my three year old grandaughter wanted to go into the kiddie pool only she couldn't as every 10-12 year old was in there..one lifeguard that was overwhelmed..one big accident waiting to happen...the elevators broke...and when we complained that the teenage kids were running up and down the not for hockey tournament floors at... more
The Delta Toronto East is another hotel that can't decide what it wants to be. On the one hand it has an enormous pool with a waterslide to match. On the other, they won't turn it on during the week; the explanation was that it is a "business hotel" on the weekdays. Also that they only employed a lifeguard on... more
Loved the pool - but should be quicker/easier way to get to a washroom for the little ones. Room is adequate -one queen bed for the parents would be nice though (and there is room).
My complaints: why isn't there a clothesline in the bathroom for swimsuits? (need more hooks in there too). Also, the hotel markets itself for families,...
