Great hotel - I would stay here again
November 20, 2014The hotel staff were very professional and went out of their way (literally) to be extra helpful and welcoming. I was very pleased that we had free internet (it is SO annoying when hotels charge extra). The restaurant food was very good and though marginally expensive, better than some hotels. Right on the water in Sault Ste Marie
October 22, 2014What a view - from my room, from the dining room, and along the board walk outside. Close to everything downtown, and next door to the Roberta Bondar Pavilion. There is something magic about waking up and looking at moving water. Excellent food, lovely people.

Hot tub and noise in hallway
October 20, 2014My husband and I wanted to have some nice relaxing time in the hot tub and when we tried to turn it on it didn't work. very disappointing. The hallways seemed to echo every little noise through the night. voices carry like crazy when someone is in the hallway at 2:00 in the morning.
