Terrible Customer Service

I was just at your hall in St Catharines Ontario. Nov.21& I played the 12:30 bingo session. I must say that I was very shocked at the unprofessionalism I sae. Some of your workers were standing on the sidelines in groups &bad mouthing customers by calling them names ( ie b@!%!*s). I work in customer service and I know for a fact that we would get fired if we behaved this way. I hope this is something that your management will addresss
