Good food lousy service

I went to Delizia bakery about three times and everytime I wondered what I did wrong to get pouting faces of employees in there... Made me feel unwanted.. like I was bothering them by standing at the cash waiting for someone to show up and ring in my purchases. There was never a "Sorry to keep you waiting" nor "Thank you and have a nice day".
Makes me wondering how badly they DO NOT want new business...
