Not Trustworthy and rude

We had planned a wedding in Scotland and ordered the kilt locally, we wanted to make sure everything fit. We left for Europe with a plan that Delightful Fancies and Treasures would send the Kilt and all the accessories well in advance to our B&B. The kilt was late, the day before the wedding my husband spent the whole day tracking the package, there was no way it would arrive in the small local town so the courier company changed the delivery location; they went to a local kilt hire place for a last minute fitting - just in case! The day of the wedding my husband and a guest drove over 2 hours to pick it up in the nearest big city. The best man's shoes were missing, the shirts were the wrong color (did not match my dress), plus they were extremely large, the guys could not keep their bowties straight b/c the necks were so large. Then to top it all off, Delightful Fancies and Treasures lady said the delivery charges would be $70 ... it ended up being $416. I almost passed out. Her poor planning added a lot of additional stress to our wedding. I emailed Delightful Fancies and Treasures after our trip and she was very rude and miserable. I would never recommend this place.
