bad serivce

When you first walk in you feel like you are disturbing them,I made a purchase for wall papper and was told it would take 2 weeks to recieve it, it took 3 weeks before i got it, i had it installed the same week by the person they recomened, the store made me order 7 rolls of paper, i was unaware of the fact the i can return it untill i went to pick it up, the employee had taken the mesuremants given to me by my contracter and ordered 7 too my suprise i find only once i arive home after the instaltion that there are 3 rolls left 1 barly touched, the installer told me i should be able to get a rembursment for the 2 un open rolls. i called the store to speak to the manager and the owner answer and was very ruied, didnt even let me talk, to tell me i could not bring back the rolls when it was his employee that used the correct mesurmants to order the rolls that cost 125$ a roll, the owner refused to remburise me! very bad service!!!!!!
