I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this store.
I bought my grad dress there 8 years ago and when the woman doing my alterations was rude I just assumed it was because I was young and some people just don't like teenagers.
But since then, I've had a woman hang up on me when I asked her about measurements for a bridesmaid dress, and yesterday we were told to leave because they were "too busy to help" us (her words). There was only one other bride in the whole store, and a lot of employees by the front desk so I'm not sure why no one was available to help us.
I work in retail part time while I attend university so I think of myself as a courteous and friendly customer and I can't wrap my mind around a store that treats customers (and potential sourcs of revenue) with so much disrespect.
After we were told to leave, we did..My friend ended up finding her perfect dress at another store where the employees were helpful and accomodating.
I've been telling people for years about their horrible service and yesterday only confirmed that I've been right to do so.
Liz picked out the first dress based on the pictures I brought in and it was "The One!" Great service from this Saskatoon store! Thank you a thousand times Liz. PS We bought my high school graduation dress here 10 years ago and knew we had to come back.
I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience buying a grad dress at your store was.
