Don't waste your time @ Deartola & Associates

Decided to get my income tax done at a "reputable place".
Big mistake choosing Deartola & Associates.
Six weeks after my appointment I received a letter from the government stating my taxes weren't completed. I decided to call Martin Deartola to find out what exactly happened to my tax return and when I received NO RETURN CALL I knew something was up. I ended up having to pester his personal assistant just to find out that my tax return had been lost in a pile of paperwork and would be submited that day.
phewwwww !
I asked for compensation for his lack of follow- through and he told me to take a hike.
anyway..
Small dirty office in a run-down, dingy building = poor customer service. Lesson learned!!
