“great hotel
June 25, 2011although our room wasn't ready until 3PM we managed to get to our destination at the Ranche House by 4PM ready for a wedding because the hotel is located so close. Room was very nice. Some idiots woke us up at 3:30 AM(not the hotel's fault), then the room alarm clock finished the job at 5AM(this WAS the hotel's fault, and mine for not checking). This hotel is a dump and you should avoid it at all costs. The bathroom smelled like mold and the room was cold. The food tasted rotten. We could not sleep due to noisy neighbours and when we complained we were told staff were dealing with it. We later found out there was only 1 staff on for the entire hotel.
This is a low budget no-tell hotel with only 4 guests staying each night. Steer...

Not too Bad
September 20, 2008Like anywhere in Alberta staff is hard to find so waiting longer at check in time seems okay anymore. Very frindly just seemed under trasined. Elavator service went down, temporailly trapping some friends, after some confusion and language barries we finally got it through to the desk attendant that it wasn't working. Overall nice clean place in a goos spot.
