Great location enroute to Vancouver Island, as it is near Ferry service.
Staff extremely accommodating - Joanne and Jane? at reception gave remarkable
service. Cleaning staff were also very pleasant.

The exterior of the building and the grounds are not pleasing. However, the interior of the building and the guest rooms have recently been upgraded and are excellent.
Beds are very comfortable as is the bedding.
From the road, it is a "drive-by, but once inside this hotel is very nice.
