Horrible guest service

The hotel staff were not accommodating at all. The hotel pretty much had underground parking only and was too small to fit our truck and trailer. The only other parking available was a small lot without any security and the hotel staff were not helpful at all. the bed was soft and had an indent into the middle...no matter how I tried to sleep on the edges I kept rolling into the middle.

Nice hotel close to Downtown

Stayed there before with no real issues but this time the shower tap didn't work and we had to switch rooms. Second room was way better, maybe time to update the bathrooms. First room was on the second floor and had a lot of street noise. Our second room on the 6th floor was nice and quiet
