Great fruit and vegetable stand
Lots of local produce and good prices compared to the big chain stores. Being located next to Ben's outlet makes it natural one-stop shopping for the price-conscious.
Bad fruit and extra costs
I was at Dave's again today to pick up some fruit and veg. The peaches I bought were bad. We tried some in the evening, and it was too late to take back to the store. When I looked at my receipt to see how much I paid for them, I was surprised to see they charged me for a cucumber, which I did not purchase. I won't return the peaches as they were only $3.47 total. But I am unhappy with my order and the fact that they charged me or an english cucumber: price $.89. It is not the amount of money that concerns me, but the fact that the peaches were bad and extra costs. The slip states register ID: 003 Operator: 213 Natalie. Please tell her to be more careful.
